Par contre je voulais changer mon volant moteur mais j'ai un 159 dents!!!

Boite auto c'est une flexplate que tu as , as tu bien compté les dents 
Pour info j'ai aussi une 160 dents 28 oz , elle se remplace en général par une 157 dents 28 oz , le point crucial est l'entraxe des trous pour le convertisseur ( torque converter bolt pattern ) , bonne recherche c'est un vrai casse tête:
Early small-block production from 1962 to 1966 consisted of the 160-tooth flywheel/flexplate, which was replaced by the 157-tooth conceived to improve starter engagement.
You can replace the 160-tooth flywheel/flexplate with a 157-tooth without consequence. It can get tricky with torque converter size and bolt pattern, which have been known to create conflict. Not all 160-tooth flexplates interchange with a 157-tooth due to variations in torque converter bolt pattern.
