Newbie from Indiana
« on: October 16, 2008, 11:18:44 AM »
Hello, been checking this site out for awhile and decided to join. Bunch of nice cars guys, here's my 73' ragtop....the pictures of it painted white are from about a year ago and the red ones are from yesterday.

Welcome. Vintage ragtops always get a thumbs up and yours looks like it will.

Just curious.  Why the color change?

The reason I did the color change was because I never really liked the white. So when I decided to restore it, I said "what the hell" and changed to red. I really like the way that the red polishes up, when you polish white it never really has that "WOW" factor. Hope that helps answer your question.

As you can see, I prefer the bright colors too.  I was just curious.
