I appreciate everyones input!  I have made my purchase, and decided to go with a 92 5.0.  The one I went with has got a some mods already so I thought it would be a great place to start and save some cash on engine upgrades.  Here is a list of what it has

Since the drive train is good I am going to start with the interior first.  I will try to get some pics up of it later today or tomorrow.

Well, congratulations on your purchase.  That's quite a list of mods.  Take care of it and it will last you for many years.

Wow Your stang has some great mods on it already.. should be alot of fun

Yeah Shadow that was what did it for me (the mods)... I figured most of the expensive stuff was done already. So now I can really focus on the interior and body.  It is a LX, but I want to convert it to look like a GT.  I picked up the side skirts, door moldings, and the rear bumper.  Really just need to get the front bumper and I should be able to throw it all on and start getting it ready for paint.
