I personally like the actual color and black stripes on Grey would give it a classy racing look.
 I agree with you, I am not crazy about the rims but you can probably sell them a good price and buy rims you like better.

Like I said, I really like that color.  But,I think black racing stripes would get lost with that color.  Consider white, or maybe even dark yellow.
