Been quite a while
« on: November 08, 2007, 09:45:31 PM »
I recently moved so we lost the internet for awhile.  But I'm back now.  I can't remember if I ever posted up pics of my baby, so here's the link.  http://i108.photobucket.com/albums/n31/bossnutt/Pics/My%2085%20GT/85GT_001.jpg

I don't think you posted pictures of your Mustang as there is not many owners of Mustangs from this generation around here. It seems to be in great shape.

Thank you I think she's in great shape as well.    I absolutely adore that car.  But unfortunately I've decided to sell her.  We recently moved and don't have a garage anymore to give her the attention she requires.  She needs to be stripped down and repainted back to factory grey metallic.  Here's a couple of photos.

I'm sorry to hear that. If you do decide to sell it, feel free to post a new topic in the forum or in the classifieds section. You will need to register in the classifieds section if you want to post an ad and you can find it by clicking on any of the ads on the right column. Good luck.

Thank you very much.  I wasn't sure how to do that here.  But I appreciate you not being rude about it. :)
I've dealt with one board in particular that was EXTREMELY rude about posting in their classified section.  I haven't been here long but everyone seems to be extremely kind.

*edit* I've posted the add thank you again, that was relatively easy.

I don't know why someone would be rude about ads posted for a car in a place made for that. I checked your ad and it looks like a great deal. Around here is Eastern Canada we can't even find a rusted out 5.0 Mustang for that price. Do you own the other white Mustang in one of the picture?
Good luck selling it.

The other white one was my B/F's 1986 Ex Nebraska State Patrol Car.  They were called SSP's for Special Service Package.  That one still had the police computer in it and the officer I talked to said it had been clocked at doing 149 mph before they slowed down.  It's in Texas now with a collector.

You mean it's a 1996? Too bad your boyfriend didn't keep it. A fast Mustang like that would certainly be a collector in the future.

Now I know which one you're talking about.  I thought I posted up the pic of the SSP next to my car.  That's an '02 GT it belongs to our ex-roommate.  It's originally a Hawaii car.  It used to be a cops personal vehicle there.

Do you have any information about the differences between a civilian Mustang and a police one?
Nice to see you back Racedraper especially in a topic named "Been quite a while"  ;)
If there is anything new with your 73 Coupe, feel free to post a new topic. The last update is a little old :)
