Jay Leno is a car nut, and that's a good thing. I've had this video on spray-on chrome in my inbox for a while and I like the concept.

That's a pretty cool alternative to chrome plating.

I was thinking more along the line of instrument clusters, radio faces and other chrome parts that do not take a beating. External parts, inside door and window handles, dash knobs and engine stuff would be a no. The exception to the exception is a totally static car or someone who likes to re-chrome the same part every year.
