what kind of spark plugs are good to use on a v6 ?

So i recently bought a v6 mustang, what kind of spark plugs and spark plugs wires are good ? i was looking at bosch iridium but im not too sure about them.. what others do you forum buddy's recommend ?.. reply asap if you would like to help out..  8)  ;D

This may be kind of confusing, but here is what I dug up.  Bottom line, use platinum or copper plugs.  I don't think you can go wrong with either.  As far as the wires are concerned, just step up to the counter and order a set of wires for the V6 you have.

Don't leap at changing plugs. On my 99 Ford van, the plugs are good for 100,000 miles. The same applies to my niece's two Mustangs, a 99 and an 03, 100,000 miles. Check your mileage, and stay with Motorcraft when you do need to.

Yeah, Motorcraft is what they came with from the factory.

I am having the same question here. Recently, I bought a mustang V6 and I must admit that I had been having a bit of a hard time trying to find the spark plugs for it. After all, my current spark plugs in thev6 engine do not seem to be in a good condition. One more doubt that I have is whether there is any truth to the statement that it is hard to find spark plugs once we switch over to v8!
