From the Mafia Website, he threatens to get a new President if the one in your region isn't actively responding.  Sounds like he'll have to replace himself.

I just ran across this post. I haven't logged on in a long time. Sorry but I'm not sure if I got a application from you or not. I always forward the apps to the correct chapters president so it my be that I did get your application and forwarded it and our Texas chapter didn't respond.
