I need a Neutral Safety switch for a 3 speed manual on the floor. I found one but it was for a column shift. Any help would be great

A three speed manual transmission has no neutral switch.

It shows it in my shop manual, I've called a few places that said they use to carry them but they seem to be discontinued. It has to have one though, that switch is what engages the back up lights.

That's called a back-up light switch. They are the same for 1969 thru May 1972 for 3 speed manual transmissions on Mustangs. It's junk yard time.
