Complete 351C from 1971 mach 1
« on: January 27, 2010, 12:07:59 PM »
i have a 351C currently in my 78 ford pickup, just ripped it down to the heads for head gaskets and all new gaskets in the top end, it has a mild cam, offenhauser intake, edelbrock carb, new plugs wires cap and rotor, headers, flex fan, "power by ford" valve covers.

taking offers or if ANYONE has an idea what this thing is worth that would be greatly appreciated. here are some pictures:

i will update later on as i paint the covers and clean everything up on my way out.

yeah, i'm from bc canada, and i have a guy calling me from north Carolina wanting to buy the motor, so distance is not a problem, i understand the value of this motor if sombody would like to make an original 1971 mach 1 mustang, or just a cool rig. shipping would have to be paid buy the buyer but i'm sure we could figure somthing out. got the heads of and i am going to install all new valve springs and valve seals. the heads, intake and valve covers are going to be painted either black or ford blue, or both.

BTW the bell housing is going to be sold with the motor as i am installing a 460 and have no need for it, i am still thinking of parting it out and i found out the heads are 2V not 4V, which means more torque, the 4v were better for higher RPM cars.

if i get enough people wanting parts and i decide to part it out i will post it on this forum.

my e-mail is tysonattrell @ gmail (dot) com

feel free to e-mail me as it is much faster response than posting in the forums.

Cheers,
Tyson
