You say there is motor work that will have to be done.  What does that entail?  Explain fully.

The motor needs to be rebuilt or replaced. The motor has a lower bearing noise; not a knock, just a noise. The motor also needs a new set of cam bearings.

OK, thanks for that explanation.  How much money would it take to make that motor right?  After the motor has either been replaced or repaired, how much money would it take for someone to buy your Fox?

The car is being sold as is. It is up to the buyer to find out how much it would cost to do the work needed. Don't forget that i am in N>Y> and you are in Texas and there may be a large difference in price to rebuild the motor. Maybe you could go to a local shop to find out how much it would cost to rebuild the motor or maybe you could go to a salvage yard to find out how much a used motor would cost and how much it would cost for them to install it for you.
