So, bottom line, would you consider this a parts car?  Or, would the body and mechanical work be more expensive than the car is worth if sold as a unit with putting it back on the road as a target?  Sounds like a junker parts car to me.  Just wondering.  Secondly, if it has no title, then it was obviously junked, so to get it registered again, a junkyard title would have to be applied for.  Sorry bud, but you have a car that needs parting out.

the reasoning behind no title is that i owe more on the car than it is now worth, its still registered and titled i just cant sell it with the title, the entire front end is fine, doors, windows, all electrical, and most important motor, the extent of the damage is all in the rear and there is a good possibility of frame damage but not sure, i do not want to go through the hassle of parting it out so i wanted to sell it all at once for a fair price

Yeah, it can be sold, but only as a parts car if it doesn't have a title.  I still am not real clear on why you sold it without a title since you stated you had the title but was just upside down on the payments.  That just doesn't make sense.  You could get a whole lot more for it if you sold it as a titled car, but damaged, rather than selling it as an untitled car but damaged.  It's called logic 101.  ;D

WELL LOGICALLY IM GOING TO DO WHATEVER I HAVE TO TO GET THE DOWN PAYMENT FOR MY NEW CAR AND THEN WAIT FOR THE  GAP INSURANCE TO COVER THE REST AS WELL AS HELP SOMEONE PICK UP AN ALRIGHT RIDE FOR CHEAP, AND AS SOON AS FMC SENDS ME THE TITLE ILL GET THAT TO HIM, LOGICALLY YOU SHOULD GET A LIFE AND STOP WORRYING ABOUT WHAT EVERYONE ELSE IS DOING YOU TARD.

Well that's what most people do here. Help each other. If you don't get this concept and your car is sold, I guess we won't see you around in the future  ;D
