cfi convertion to carb
« on: August 10, 2010, 11:25:07 PM »
I am wanting to get rid of the cfi on my 84 5L and go with a carb, I've been told that it is not to hard to do but I am kinda lost when it comes to the emision control system can anyone shed some light on this subject and let me know how hard it is.

I have a real bad stumble I hit the pedel and the cfi has me stumped, Ive changed all the sensor, fuel filter, checked fuel pressure etc etc. can anyone help me. :o

thanks

Here is what I dug up.  Doesn't sound like it would be too hard unless you are also looking for performance upgrades.
