Still overheating
« on: July 21, 2009, 10:08:07 PM »
Can anyone tell me where to drill the holes on the t-stat, I tried burping it, tried a 160f and a 180f s-stat, electric fan, 50/50 solution and I am still overheating when hot both hoses are realy hard and I don't feel any flow.

It may be that you have the thermostat in backwards.  The spring side goes toward the engine.  You drill on the flat portion of the thermostat.
