stang combo

whats a good head, intake, and cam combo for a 5.0 daily driver that i want to be fairly quick, say close to 400rwhp?

In my opinion a good combo would be the GT40 or GT40P heads and intake with a Ford Racing B303 cam.  That should get you what you're looking for.
