is it possable to use a 3.8 out of a 1995 taurus in a 1998 mustang. please any one help

Anything is possible.  You'll probably need new motor mounts and a new bell housing to fit whatever transmission the Mustang has.  Also you'll need to steal the computer and all related wiring.   Welcome to the site.
