Welcome from Northern California. That's one hell of a pair of cars.
Let's do the easy paint first. Ford was not too careful for engine compartment paint so I'll give you the general info for there first. The paint was a semi-gloss black and the gloss varied from 20 to 30 percent if that makes sense.
The interior was called "Charcoal Black Irridescent" and had a R/M number of 4464. It was used for 67 on interiors. I'll see if I can find a Ditzler (sp?) number and get back to you. Be advised that Ford painted the interior first, masked it off then painted the exterior. That's the best I can do for now.
