I have a 2005 GT that has been logging a fuel sensor error since it was new. The fuel gage goes to empty and the engine light comes and stays on until the fuel level gets below 1/2 tank. As soon as I fill up again the error happens again and the light comes back on? Ford says it is from using cheap fuel. I disagree, I use Chevron and also use fuel treatment. Anyone else have this problem or do you know how to fix it?
