2 km away yes, sure was meant to be. If I'd only be so fortunate in locating a 1969 Mach 1 for sale so close to where I live!
I've always wanted a vacation to Australia, my wife has a friend that lives there.

Please everyone post up a picture of your Mach, the year is not important.

Hi all, Yes EH do yourself a favour and visit Australia...you may never want to go back!!!! We are a friendly lot - know how to laugh at ourselves, and take the p#ss out of each other without taking offence. I'll put a photo up when the resto is complete, wish it was sooner than later. Yes EH, I lived in Sydney, Australia for a few years and I agree, if I ever go back, I would stay there for sure and I wish my parents never left.

Hi Thierry, My son (26old) leaves for canada to work in snow this coming Sunday! Will be at Panarama Mountain Resort. That place looks fantastic!! I told him to keep an eye out for Mustangs and bits. He wants to travel over there. :-*Catch ya later.

I prefer the 70 for sure.
The 2 headlights with the simulated scoops over the 4, as well as the flat tail light panel and removed side scoop it just seems to give a good look. Would love to own the 428 but am definately happy with my M code.

Boss 372??? I didn't know there was such an animal. Is that some kind of blown 302?

Actually it's a Boss302 body but the engine is a 351W block stroked to 372 with the B302 heads. The stripes were made for me with the original 3M reflective material by these guys:

Seriously, I've seen worse. At least all the major parts seem to be there. Now, it's elbow grease time.
Has that front clip been wrecked, or is it just missing a fender?
BTW, I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. Hook em' Horns........Is the Crimson Tide up to whipping Florida? If so, we'll see you in the championship game after we beat the hell outa' Nebraska.

hek yea we gonna beat florida and then we will see yall. but seriously ethier way theres some good games comming up. And yea the car is gonna take a little time but it will be worth it.

& your further along than me. At least you have the classic Mach. I'm probably about 2 years away from getting one.

Being an owner of two 1970 Mach 1's and a 2004 Mach 1 I would have to say that I favor the '70 over the '69. My reasoning for this is that while basically the same power plants were available for both years, the '70s had a more refined interior which looked classier, and the single headlights, which I like.
