« on: April 14, 2006, 09:33:57 PM »
Okay guys I was sanding the back of my car and I choose to take out the back window and  reset it so it didn't leak, well I took it out and cleaned everything out and it looked nice and clean as I was going to put the seal back on it I ripped it into peices and now I cannot find one. I need to get one and fast no matter what I have to pay I need it hook me up with a idea with quick ship. STANG OUT

I am not sure if this window can be found new but maybe our sponsors have used ones. You can send them a request here:
Mustang used parts
You can also try with Ebay.
Good luck.

on my 01 stang when it rains it leaks around the backglass on the rag top. i have tired a new seal. one of 2 things have happend one i didnt seal it right or 2 that seal leaks as well, for the time being i take a old cover and put it back there so my car dont get water logged and smell like an old wet dog. if i dont trade it for the yellow stang what should i try?

Did you make sure the lip where the rubber sits was clean and smooth? I had the same problem with the T-top on my Firebird and fixed the problem after some sanding, paint and glue on the rubber.
