5.0 starts without the key

Yesterday I started my 88 mustang and  my starter still trying to start the engine. So i took off the key and it still kept wanting to turn on with out the key. I disconnect the battery and reconnect it today and the starter still attempting to start w/o the keys in the ignition.
Help plz!!! ???

Sounds like your solenoid is stuck.  Replace it.....

that has to be the solenoid.
