5.0 6 speed?
« on: October 18, 2008, 09:38:31 PM »
Is there such thing as a 6 speed manual for the 5.0?  I see there is one for the 4.6 but can't find any information on a 6 speed for the 5.0.

Yup, the Cobra T-56 works out nicely and if you plan on making stupid power you can always go with the Viper T-56  ;D

that's why you buy a used 1st gen now :P

the viper spec t56 has a .50:1 6th gear ratio so if you have 4.10s it cuts them in half on the innerstate

I like to see performance cars dirty.  That means they have been driven and enjoyed.  This trailer queen and showroom look is not my cup of tea.  How about some spilled coffee on the carpet and some mud on the rear quarter panel?  :o

Hell, I'm just a poor bastard and I change my Mobil 1 and Motorcraft filter at least twce a year.  Most of the time it is three or four times.  That is just simply good insurance for maintanance of a classic or perfomance automobile over a period of several decades.

Who is the moderator on here?  ;D  We don't get a lot of traffic, so we tend to stretch out thoughts.
