429 thunder jet

have a 429 in a 70 t-bird not worth re-storing. runs  ok. 4v mdl. could it go in a 72 conv't or sell it if it's worth anything it should be worth something to the right person

you bet it will fit. I was going to do the same about 2 years back. You can use the tranny also and maybe the rear end. I would part out the rest on ebay and make some money for you mustang...

TALKED IT OVER WITH MY SON. SINCE WE HAVE A FRESH 351C IN THE CAR NOW, WELL JUST GO AHEAD AND SELL THE T-BIRD W/ENGINE. WE BOTH HAVE WAY TO MANY PROJECTS IN THE MILL NOW ANYWAY
