Im new to learning to work on motors and im 31 years old i have done minor stuff like chang plug points and stuff like that, i want the moto to tear down and rebuild to get a better understanding of a motor. i want to rebuild it with all new parts and make it pusr abput 550 to 600 horses. i know it wil be hard but i know i can do it. Its going to be a suprise for the wife 87 when i get it done. any help on this would be great and if you have the motor e-mail me bharp@mikrotec.com and put 302 in subject line thanks

You should have no problem finding a 302 on Ebay.com. Did you try the junk yards near you?
I would also like to know how to rebuild an engine so I hope to hear from what you will learn  ;-)
