1970 Mach 1 351w vin #'s

I have a 351W in my 1981 Ford F-150 Ranger pickup.  So, it is quite clear that the 351W was put into a lot of applications through the early 1980's.  They are, and will continue to be "dog" engines, but they pull like a Mofo, so have a ton of torque.
 Gas mileage is only 10-12 MPG though.  A guzzler for sure.

351 W 4v was deleted from 1970 Mustang lineup. The 351 W 2v was not and is very common.

Just go to martiautoworks and for $17 you can find out all the options your car came with.
