1969 mach1 with a 1992 lincoln 5.0 motor

Will a 1992 lincoln towncar 5.0 motor fit in my 1969 mustang, and if it will what problems will i run into such as the computer.

It will fit fine.  You will need the computer and the wiring harness from the donor car.  You will have a computer that wants catalytic converter information in order to run properly and there are a number of ways around this, but you must deal with it to get proper performance without cats.

You will need an electric fuel pump and other fuel system upgrades to maintain the fuel injection and you will probably also need to get a thick skin when all the purists decide to insult you for committing such a sin as to defile a 69 with that motor.
