Thanks for the comments. As for the wheels, I'm not fond of them my self. That is up to the customer to change. We have an open bay at the shop for another customer project. We can even come pick it up.

Look at the first picture, and tell me what looks like to be rust bubbles in front of the running horse badge is.  Most likely just some dirt or something, but suspicious looking.   And you don't have the "289" badges on the fenders.  Why not?

I'd say it's a reflection tillage?

I think it is a reflection. I know that it is NOT rust. We just stripped this car to the metal this summer and recently did the repaint. As for the 289 badge, the owner has a 5.0 in it and he removed the badges and did not want them replaced. He is planning on putting in a larger crate motor in it.

I think he is going to replace the emblems with which ever displacement he chooses.
