my c4 trans

I dont know where to start. ive rebuilt, replaced at least 6 times, and about to remove my c4 for the last time. As of now the car moves i have 1-3 but it jerks in 1st at a rolling start. But the main thing is it makes a kind of whining noise at  1000+ rpm. :-(
