you should be able to find a good late 80's ealry 90's pretty good as for price cant help you there. As for rear end I would go with a 3:55 gear ratio this willstill give you bottom end but will be great for the highway, if you put a 4:11 in it you will run 5500 rpms at 55 mph give or take a couple rpms and with  a 5 speed it will only lower your rpms about a grand , talking about a gas guzzler but with 4:11's it will run great stop light to stop light. For clutch pedal I would look at jegs cataloge and put in a after market in. a stock oem will be costly , my buddy found that out , he paid 400 for his 69 mach 1 and had to sand blast the rust off.

Hey buddie
um.... thanks for the response. where do you think a 3:73 would put me. I had a 70 cutlass w/a turbo 350 trans and a 3:73 and it used to screem but thats only with a 3spd you know I really like the light to light it had but i dont know if with a 5 spd i would still have the bottom end like that you know I'll check out jegs thanks

Hey i am thinking about doing the same thing to my 73 coupe. At summitracing.com i believe they have clutch pedal assemblies. Also would any five speed tranny fit that, or how do you know if it would fit. And where would you find a new rear end, because im sure i would need to redo that too.
