I haven't had mine out, but I would look under the dash near the steering column.  Find the wires going to the motor, and check them for juice.  Your switch may be the culprit, and would be a lot less trouble to change out if it's bad.

First: take out the drivers seat; remove the console (if you have one); remove the radio; remove the ash tray; remove the defroster ducting; thar she be, up there. There are four 1/4-20 bolts holding the bracket to the underside of the dash. Don't forget to disconnect the motor arm from the wiper arm bar. Remember, the single speed is different than the two speed -  switch, wiring, motor.  There is a circuit breaker internal to both types and it is not repairable. My used parts guy is not home right now so I can't get you a price.

But, before I would replace the motor, I would check to see if the motor is getting juice.

If the motor actually turns on, then it is getting juice.  I would clean all the connections.

Check the connections for cleanliness first before you remove anything.
