Topic: Will this combo work with stock suspension without rubbing?

1965 mustang coupe: I am going to get 17x8 wheels with 4.75'' backspacing, and 235/45/17 tires, will this combination rub with all stock suspension, front fender lip is rolled flat. Thanks.
