Agreed. The more air, the more gas, the more horsepower. But, compression comes into play here too. If the Clevo has say 10:1 compression and the W has 9:1 compression, the Clevo is going to have more horsepower. The big difference is that the Cleveland heads are far superior over the Windsor's. What really makes a Cleveland powerful is to put on aftermarket aluminum heads such as AFR's.
