V8 Conversion
« on: September 09, 2010, 09:20:03 AM »
Hello All
I have a 1967 Ford Mustang it is all stock straight 6 with a 3 speed stick, and i would like to put in a 289 or 302 and keep the 3 speed does anyone know what bellhousing i should use and what else needs to be swapped over? I was also told that 1967 mustang 6 cylinder spindles and v8 spindles are the same so upgrading the brakes are very easy ? any thought?

It's quite complicated, so since I am lazy today, I stole this off another Mustang site.  It's a question that gets asked a lot.  Good luck with it.
