trans.filter and decode trans. tag

Hello, just bought 66 coupe 289v2 w/c4 trans. Are ther 2 diff.types of filters for trans.Got one from auto store and was not it close but not,went to another place and was ask if the pan was 11 bolt or 17 bolt.      # C6AP-70027B  for trans and tag #PFC4ZP7A040AA. Can someoe help please.

That's a '66 C4 transmission.  Most likely it has an 11 bolt pan.  Otherwise it will have a 17 bolt pan, but I doubt it.  Can you count?   ;D ;D
