I have an 1965 Fastback in Los Angeles, California. I'm now living in Jakarta, Indonesia. Rumor has it, I can get it into the country but the left hand steering may be an issue when trying to register it over here. Are there conversion kits available? Perhaps I could get one installed in Los Angeles before I ship to Indo. Thanks!

Looks like the only handle 2005 and after for mustangs.

I would contact them. Even if they don't have kits for your model, they may be able to lead you in the right direction. BTW, welcome to the site. Pull up a chair and hang.
