Please help C4 problem

hi ladies + gents,

i'am new here.

 i've a problem with the c4 when the engine is cold,
the third gear will not work!
when i drive any mils (3-5) and the engine have a good temparature, it works perfectly.
 ??? ??? ??? ??? ??? ???

How is the fluid level when it's cold?  BTW, welcome to the site.

when was the last time the fluid/filter was changed?

2 years (i hope so)
i think/hope the first owner in germany has changed by modify/ overhaul. thr oil is an dexron 2.

Wrong fluid.  You need to drain that dexron out and refill the tranny with type F.

ok, i'll change next weeks, but is this the only problem of this mistake?

i try to change the oil quikly.
(the boss of a mustang dealer garage said, when it's not an original trans, therefore an overhoul c4, then can i work with dexron 2)
