need help replaced top end thought lifter blown could it be a oil pump??

:-o hello i reved to high and maybe blew motor and and replace all liters didnt replace cam didnt believe it to gone flat??  do you believe the cam is flat runs from super great to super crappy idles real run loss of power is this possible due to falty oil pump??
