My mirrors don't vibrate. Have you had the front end aligned lately?

Then I would start with new shocks (KyB) and get the front aligned.

it wasn't a car accident. i was at a buddy's house and he was playin with his BB gun and the clip was empty but there was a BB in the chamber and he fired it thinking it was empty and i happened to be at the wrong place and the wrong time and got shot in the eye from about 3 feet away. spent 10 days in the hospital and lost partial vision in my eye. not fun

I have a pretty nice back yard with oak trees and nice green grass, and so I have bird feeders out to attract the native birds. However, we have a black bird we call a Gackle that sloshes out all the water in the bird bath and has a real nasty voice. Well, I keep a BB gun on the outdoor table and pop their ass whenever I get the chance to run them off. I have a safety button on it that I trip every time I get through using it. My grandkids are not allowed to touch it. It is a weapon, and will cause damage. All weapons should be considered loaded at all times, and never point a weapon at anything you don't want to kill. Sorry about the rant. I served in Vietnam.

Then, your engine needs a tune-up.

Brand new engines need to be broken in, then tuned. Have you done either? You may even have a broken motor mount. Vibrations coming from a tuned engine is not normal. The only thing that can cause vibrations at idle is the engine or a broken motor mount.
On Edit: Do you have a lopey cam in there? If that is the case, then why do you need a mirror anyway? You don't care what is behind you.
