intake manifold clearance

Has anyone installed a Weiand-Stealth Hi-rise manifold; or Fords SVT Hi-rise under a stock hood, with a 289 cu. in. ?
If so, how did you provide the clearance? How did you provide plumbing for the PVC valve?
current; 1965 2+2, 289 4 spd, 4 bbl,3.50:1-8"
single pattern solid lifter cam, 494 lift
TRW flat top pistons w/ gapless rings
mallory electronic ignition, mechanical advance.  best time and speed: 12.8@108mphmy car :lol:  :-?

I have never installed a high rise but if you go to my photo album and see my blue 70 it had one put on it before I got it.   They cut a hole in the hood to make it all fit.
