Anytime you jack up the rear end, you need to jack it up from the center of the differential.  Use a good shop jack and put at least two jack stands under the frame rails.  As far as the headers, take them loose from the exhaust system first, then from the heads.

A breaker bar with a decent socket  and a 2 foot cheater pipe using your foot and your ass firmly planted on the floor is the strongest  power you are going to exert on that nut.  But, before you go to that extent, soak the nut in a good solvent overnight, (http://www.kk.org/cooltools/archives/001083.php) then try tightening the nut slightly to break it from its' rust hold , then loosen the nut a tad, then tighten it again a tad, then loosen it again a tad more, etc. etc.  Keep dousing the nut with solvent as you progress.
