Harmonic balancer

Harmonic balancer has a wobble in it....is it possible the balancer is somehow bent, or could this mean the end of the crank is bent?  Runs fine, but wobbles enough to possible toss a belt at significant rpm.  Pulled the pulley, 3 groove 65 289 with air, thought the pulley was bent.  New one wobbles also, pulled it, determined the shake was in the harmonic balancer.

I have the same prob with my 65' 347 have a new pulley and balancer. have run it up to 5500rpm and no problems but about to change to crank and see what happens.

the balancer has a rubber ring inbetween the outer and inner rings if its dry rotted or just squeezing out buy a new balancer they are cheap enough to do you dont have to buy the 200$ one you can get a 50$ replacement one from the parts store
