Finding the previous owners of my Mustang

Is there any way to find out who were the previous owners of my mustang ?

Have you tried going to your local Department of Motorized Vehicles and give them the VIN and ask them to look it up?  That would be my first thing to do in my quest to find the previous owner.  The previous owner had to register the car, and the VIN got put into the DMV computer system, so they have that information.
