I was wondering if anyone could tell me what that might be. Also I thought I had a 289 but when I removed the stock manifold there was a 302 stamped in the valley between the heads, is this a 302?

Check the Edlebrock website and call tech support. They should be able to tell you what the gains will be since this is a common upgrade. . . .  8)

Manifold update, its running but not until after finally getting the vacum hoses in the right place. It seems to run pretty hard but have'nt had much of a chance to test it. I was trying it out and noticed that every time I got on it antifreeze would blow out of the radiator cap, have a feeling that I have the thermostat in backwards. DAMMIT!
