does anybody know any european substitutes for:

c4te-8620-s alternator belt
c4ze-8620-b a/c belt
c5ae-8620-e power steering belt

the car is 65 289cui

i cant seem to find them anywhere.

please help!

There's a few ways you can go about this.  1. Take your belt (s) into an auto parts store and get one the same length.  That may be hard though, because you guys use milimeters instead if inches.  2.  Keep checking with EBay to see if someone is selling those belts.  3.  Check with Autozone to see if they will ship them to you.  http://www.autozone.com/autozone/
4.  Then, if all fails, I will send them to you.  Just PM me to let me know, and to give me your address.

I don't have any cross reference numbers to metric belts but I do have some addional Ford part numbers and dimensions.
- C4TE-8620-S alternator belt
- Replaced by C9PZ-8620-S
- Motorcraft no - JB-412
- Dimensions - 15/32 wide, 41 1/4 inch outside circumference
This belt is common on most Ford 289/302 alternator equipped engines thru 1969.

- C4ZE-8620-B a/c belt
- Replaced by C9PZ-8620-CS
- Motorcraft no - JC-544
- Dimensions - 1/2 inch wide, 54 1/2 inch outside circumference
This belt is common on most Ford 289 a/c cars thru 1967.

- C5AE-8620-E power steering belt
- Replaced by C9PZ-8620-AN
- Motorcraft no JB-505
- Dimensions - 15/32 inch wide, 50 5/8 inch outside circumference
This belt is common on most Ford 289 power steering cars with a/c thru 1967.

Where are you located in Poland? Most of my grandparents are from Gorlice.

i found in some european(german) mustang shop the dimensions of those belts:

C4TE-8620-S alternator belt - lenght: 1030mm width: 11,17mm
C4ZE-8620-B a/c belt - lenght: 1370mm width: 13,46mm
C5AE-8620-E power steering belt - lenght: 1255mm width: 11,17mm

i hope they will be ok, i need to check it and then i'll let everybody know.

i'm from a town called Gliwice in she south. my grandmother is from Brzesko which is fairly close to Gorlice )) oh and my stang is from Cali too.

I asked the question in the French section and I hope I am not coming too late but someone in France gave me the dimensions of the belts he buys for his 67 289 Mustang.

Alternator belt: 11X1030
Power steering belt:  11X1205
