Hello, Folks
I am working on replacing my 4V back to a 2V and have minimal time down with the swap. So my question is what is the small
Threaded hole beside the choke assembly??

That is the source of vacuum for your distributor and vacuum advance.  You need a hard line going from there to your distributor.
