Answer to my previous wheels question
« on: January 19, 2010, 04:47:58 PM »
A couple of weeks ago I wrote in reference to what size wheels would fit 66 coupe stock, in order to upgrade from my styled steel 195/70/14's. I considered torq thrust's but I have drums all around and I think they show too much with this wheel. I also wanted to keep the stock look. So I put my wheels on eBay and got $450 within a couple of days from listing them, and got a set of styled steel 225/60/15's with bfg radials. They fit great. No fender rolling . They fit great and sure give the car a different look from what I had before. So if anyone had a question about what size 15's, 225/60/15 will do the trick
