oes anyone know where I can find a article on how to replace the horn parts on the steering wheel to make my horn work again?

It most likely just needs adjusting.  Turn the self-locking  adjusting screw to change the contact tension.  If the current can't be adjusted  to within the specified limits, then the horn must be replaced.  The current draw must be between 4 to 5 amperes at 12 volts.

Ok the horn is working but when I push the horn button sometimes a spark will be seen under the horn button. Is there a way to stop the sparking?

Get a spray can of electronic cleaning fluid and spray the connections.  If it is sparking, it is not making good contact.
