I have a 351 w can,t get stock manifold of course. what is the best header to use with out bending twisting preying every thing out of the way? I have manual trans. In a 69 mach 1. I would realy like stock manifolds but that is a hard thing to find.

I am not sure if the 69's with 351w's had exhaust manifold or headers. I think they had headers though since I cannot find a reference to exhaust manifolds anywhere for those.
