Topic: 66 Gauges and Bezel

So I just recently joined the mustang club, and extremely excited to start restoring my car Interior. Right now at night it seems like my gauges are dim , and the bezel is faded and ugly.  I have found new replacement bezels but I am not sure if that will clear up the fogginess and the brightness of gauges themselves, I am certain the new bezel will look spectacular, but I am also looking to make the appearance of the gauges look more promant any suggestions on what I should do, or a specific bezel/kit I should purchase ?

welcome to the site. glad to see you join the rest of us  dimness, theres lil bulbs that can be replaced. after removing the gauge panel, clamp the spedometer cable with say a vise grip to keep it from silding out (its hard getting it back through) theres, i believe two light bulbs on each gauge. can be bought at say autozone. when installing the new ones, be real careful they bust real easy. far as the bezels go, i used turtle wax chrome polish (got it at walmart)  i used it throughout my interior and got all the dirt grime and rust out.  be careful not to let it touch the paint though itll strip the paint right off. sadly i speak from experience with the chrome polish. good luck
