Hi Kcinnay42 and welcome to our forum.

The C6 is an automatic transmission only but there is various manual ones you can install depending of what you are looking for.
The five speed T5 transmission is a popular choice for modified Mustangs.

I saw you are from Québec so if you are more comfortable speaking French, we have a dedicated forum in your language.

Are you wanting to know if you can exchange the C6 automatic 3 speed transmission for a manual or an AOD?  The Ford 4 speed toploader was the original manual transmission used on the 385 series engines.  Which engine do you have?  429?  Cobra Jet?   8) You lucky dog.

Ok, so you don't even have a Mustang with a 385 series engine in it at the moment.  You are asking which manual transmission would fit into a 385 series Mustang body if you indeed had one.  Whenever you get your 460 engine in a real Mustang body, then come back on here and ask your questions about which manual transmission will fit it.
